A National Agenda

&

Platform Of Prosperity

For YOU, America's 100% !

Join the WAR

against official corruption and giant corporations,

that, with all-consuming greed, have seized control of

your government, your future, your wealth, your health, and your lives.

The benefits of freedom and democracy,

secured by your forefathers' struggles

and guaranteed to you by the U.S. Constitution,

are seldom freely given

and rarely benefit those who don't demand those benefits.

If you don't claim that which generations of your forefathers fought for,

and which the founding fathers constitutionally bequeathed to you, but,

which the corporate governed U.S. Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court

    have legislated away from you,

one law and one ruling at a time,

you forfeit it, and that's on YOU!

~

There are no more appropriate and accurate words than those stating:

This is WAR!
Monster Corporations warring against YOU,

America's 100%,
for your money, your rights, your health, and your very lives.
If YOU are not mad as Hell,
you don't know what's being stolen from you

and you don't know what's being done to you.
If YOU are mad as Hell, it’s not enough now.
If YOU don’t rise to put the murderous beast of the modern corporation

back on a leash and back in the cage where our nation's Founders put it,

and, take back that which was stolen from you and which you're entitled to reclaim,

you’re doomed to suffer even worse rape and theft of your life, health, wealth, and prosperity.
Join US, and let's Make All Americans Prosperous Again!

#MAPA  Make Americans Prosperous Again

.

If  YOU are not part of the solution, your inaction is part of the problem.

CALL TO ACTION !

NOW is the time for America's 100%,

who has patiently waited for our elected officials

to legislate for our better welfare and prosperity,

only to have endured our better welfare legislated away,

and our prosperity redistributed upwards into the hands of society's 'takers,' often, to the outside of this country entirely,

to RISE, and to "Just Say No"

to more legislative fraud and theft

of the American Majority's

prosperity, well being, and future.

NOW is the time for YOU TO RISE and TAKE BACK YOUR AMERICA

from the Corporate Deep State and it's mercenary politicians!

#MAFA Make America Free Again

Because:

  • America can't be great again, until Americans are Free Again.

  •

  • America can’t be great again, until America's 100% is great again.

  •

  • When America is free again, and America's 100% is great again,

THE ECONOMY - EMPLOYMENT & JOB GROWTH - TODAY & TOMORROW

If we bury our heads in the sand of yesterday's Economy,

we'll never see what the Economy of today and tomorrow is.

Putting the unemployed to work today while nurturing the commerce and industry of tomorrow are not mutually exclusive, and the People of the United States have already proven that they can do both.

What if, instead of redistributing $4 trillion dollars of taxpayer money to giant corporations and the 1%, we spent that

$4 trillion dollars repairing collapsing bridges, filling cracks and potholes in our roadways, improving our energy grid and protecting America from cyber attacks?

What if, we spent some of that $4 trillion dollars to educate American workers to do the high skilled jobs that employers say Americans are not qualified to do, instead of granting special visas for employers to import more highly educated foreign workers to do those high skilled jobs?

What if, instead of spending trillions of dollars in the Middle East to promote a foreign policy of trading American soldier's blood, guts, and lives for oil and war industry profits, we paid American citizens to work in the growth industries that China is racing ahead in while leaving American workers behind in a cloud of yesterday's coal dust? Why should the children of U.S. citizens be consigned to a future of black lung disease and collapsing coal mines, while foreign countries are employing their former poor in high tech factories producing technology that they will then sell to the U.S.?

The legislated destruction of American industry and the American Middle-Class is too extensive and was too

well-coordinated not to be intentional.

The Corporate Right's coordinated attack on public education; (more on that elsewhere), ensures that Americans are too uneducated and uninformed to realize that WE are being raped of rights and wealth, unable to distinguish between the theft of our prosperity and the pro-corporate propaganda they preach, and easily led to vote for their continued control of our government and nation,in election after election.

Meanwhile, Americans also remain too uneducated and unqualified to do the high skilled jobs of today's and tomorrow's growth industries.

It appears that they prefer to keep Americans too uninformed to realize what they're voting for, while knowing that educated foreign workers on special visas can't vote in U.S. elections, and, therefore, don't threaten their control of our government and our lives.

But, the United States belongs to all of the People of the United States, and the American Majority has the right and the power to legislate industry and commerce back into America, Americans back into a Middle-Class, and prosperity back to the American Majority.

FROM INFRASTRUCTURE TO TECHNOLOGY

It's All Yours If You Demand It!

From self-deicing, solar collecting roadways and bullet trains, to wind-powered energy independence, other countries are already in the future while American taxpayers are paying for corporate welfare in yesterday's industries, while those industries are offshoring their profits tax-free.

While corporate legislators redistribute your money upwards in tax gifts to the super-rich who transfer your money into tax-free off-shore accounts and isolate themselves in tower penthouses and on private islands, other Americans are dying from lead-contaminated water, collapsing bridges, unregulated flawed airplane designs, poisonous food, and toxic pharmaceuticals.

If a fraction of your money was spent to restore America's infrastructure and to protect you from the indifference of the corporations to the deaths that their products and services cause, Americans would live healthier, longer, and easier lives.

IMPROVED HEALTH AND MORE AFFORDABLE PRESCRIPTIONS

For a Healthier You and Healthier Children

Staking one's health and life on whether a corporation decides whether it can make as much money as it wants to by keeping you healthy and alive, is a recipe for death.

There is nothing in religious scripture or in the Constitution which states that the American People must make a few select individuals richer, in order to preserve one's health and life.

The American People have the right and the power to order their government employees to organize the best healthcare available at the lowest cost possible, without paying tariffs, taxes, and surcharges to the corporations which have been price gouging us for a century.

Basic National Healthcare does not prevent a luxury or premium healthcare industry from operating, or, prevent anyone from spending as much money as they desire to on luxury healthcare.

But, the American Majority is not legally obligated to make anyone else rich when we have our employees organize the best and most cost-effective healthcare to keep us healthy and alive.

#JustSayNoToOverpricedHealthcare

NATIONAL DEFENSE,   NATIONAL SECURITY,  & STRATEGIC INTERESTS

The Real Deal

Leave aside that the Pentagon hasn't accounted for approximately $20 Trillion missing Dollars, for the moment. National Defense of our homeland is dramatically different from defending what has been defined in the past as our National Strategic Interests abroad.

Our State Department has functioned as a glorified and taxpayer-funded Chamber of Commerce for giant corporations, which have in turn exported our jobs, avoided paying their share to support this country by offshoring their profits tax-free, while spending money that should be supporting this country to undermine democracy.

Since WWII, U.S. National Strategic Interest abroad has been primarily defined as assuring U.S. oil, war, and banking industry profits by utilizing our military to trade the blood, guts, and lives of American soldiers for those profits.

The result of sustaining that vicious cycle of using the U.S. military to convert human lives into oil, war, and banking industry profits has been the continuous, measure for measure, creation of enemies of the American People, and the United States everywhere around the world.

Every military intrusion into foreign countries to trade human life for corporate profits creates a new group of enemies for the American People, which in turn guarantees the future justification for more military incursions abroad.

The oil, war, and banking industries grow fatter and richer on blood money while the enemies they create blow up U.S. buildings and kill American citizens in mass shootings on American soil.

What IF, instead of having spent trillions of taxpayer dollars on a decades-long redistribution of taxpayer wealth into the pockets of the oil, war, and banking industries, those industries incurred their own costs of doing business, and, our National Strategic Interest was defined as creating additional sources of energy obtainable right here in the U.S.? The answer is, that we would have been energy independent long ago, we would primarily be using non-polluting energy, we would not be under the constant threat of terrorism, the World Trade Center would not have been blown up, thousands of U.S. soldiers would not have been slaughtered, there would not be thousands of disabled Veterans, the U.S. taxpayer would not be spending billions of dollars for disabled soldiers and V.A. benefits for decades to come, and, there would have been great sums of money available to rebuild America's crumbling infrastructure.

Without having spent trillions of dollars to produce oil, war, and banking industry profits, the U.S. Military could already be light years ahead in possessing every weapon and technology it could possibly need or use, and America could be leading the world in advanced infrastructure instead of negligently murdering Americans with crumbling infrastructure.

Instead, giant corporations that determine U.S. National Strategic Interests and direct the redistribution of taxpayer dollars into their own bank accounts remain the greatest threat to U.S. national security and are the most dangerous terrorists attacking America, Americans, and U.S. democracy.

EDUCATE  AMERICA  BACK  TO  PROSPERITY

Our Undereducated is a National Security Threat !

  • Without an educated public, there is no prosperity

  • Without prosperity, there is no security.

  • Without security, there will be no America.

  • EDUCATION is fundamental to national security.

  • Therefore, WE propose public education through college.

The Corporate Right's War On Education is War On You !

Information, one product of education, is essential to secure prosperity.

Moving in any direction without information is moving blind, and is an adventure that is as likely to result in misadventure, as not.

To achieve the prosperity available today and tomorrow requires us to be educated on the policies which got us to where we now are, and on the policies which will get us to where we want to be.

The industries, technologies, and global needs of the future will determine where and how money flows in the future.

Since prosperity depends on the inflow of money, Americans must be informed on those issues which determine where and how money flows, and where it will flow in the future to secure a prosperous future.

However, control over education is control over people.

It was illegal to educate pre-Civil War slaves because their enforced ignorance made it easier to control them.

Only by absolute control of slaves could the slave owners acquire wealth from the slaves' singular efforts.

It was in many countries, and still is in some countries, illegal to educate women because it's easier to control and dominate women if they remain ignorant and uninformed.

The few who seek to control the many in America, society's real takers, do so by keeping us as uneducated and uninformed of facts as possible.

In addition to giant predatory corporations owning all major media outlets so they can control the flow of factual information, keeping it from Americans and brainwashing us with Fake News instead, the Corporate Deep State, and the 1% they represent, have orchestrated an insidious war on public education.

They do so with campaign slogans falsely suggesting traditional American and Christian values while attacking, criticizing, defunding, dissolving, and undermining public education.

Their ultimate objective is to keep Americans as ignorant and uninformed as possible, to make it easier to financially enslave the American Majority and disproportionately acquire wealth from your efforts.

Act one, in the effort to destroy public education and enslave the 99%, was to eliminate civil studies from public education.

The less you know about the Constitution, your Civil Rights, and how your government works, particularly the courts, the less you will understand what your government is doing with your money, and to you with your own money, and what they aren't doing for you with your own money.

That is essential for society's parasites and predators to easily steal your money.

Act two was to proclaim that the public education system, which brought the American Majority out of mass ignorance to one of the best-educated large civil populations at the time and prepared children to become those who first put humankind on the moon, had failed.

Considering that education is key to prosperity, if there is something critically wrong with our public education system, apart from being underfunded, they could, and should, make an effort to improve it.

Instead, they lobby to destroy it and replace it with another way to redistribute your money upwards, with for-profit only education which only those with extra money can afford, which will result in aristocratic classes based on the amount of one's education.

Instead, so they can more easily control what children learn and think, and, thereby, more easily control them and consign them to a life of hard labor from which the 1% can grow richer, they strive to establish private for-profit schools without national standards, which they replace with standards that 'dumb America down.'

At the same time, they defraud the American taxpayer by reporting false statistics and claim more support money from the taxpayer than they are actually entitled to by law, even though it's bad law to permit it in the first place.

An obvious step in their redistribution of wealth from the American Majority to the 1% strategy is the Charter School coup against public education. Not only are they able to restrict children in Charter Schools from learning what children in public schools learn, but it is a segue into for-profit schools funded with public money, which skims from the overall public education budget, and, is merely another redistribution of public money upwards scheme that simultaneously destroys public education. They do not want anyone educated unless the 1% can profit from it and make them richer. Ultimately, the parasitic 1% and its Corporate Deep State feeding machine, only want the children of the 1% to be educated, and they're striving to make education unaffordable for all but the 1%.

Meanwhile, while they've effectively undermined the advanced education of the American Majority's children in math, science, and the technologies of the future, they pay your government to grant them special visas to import highly educated workers from countries that are not traditionally considered as advanced as the United States is, like India.

But, these educated workers can't vote, so they aren't the threat to the 1%'s total control of America that a comparably educated American citizen would be.

As a result, many U.S. companies are now claiming that they can't find enough sufficiently educated workers to fill the high skill jobs they have available.

So, they are asking your employees in government to grant them more visas to import highly educated workers from other countries to fill the jobs that Americans could do if they were sufficiently educated.

There is a solution, and that is to declare our underfunded public education system to be the national security threat that it is and designate it as a national emergency with priority.

The Stakes are High, We Either Catch Up or Be Taken Over

99% of our individual and national wealth and resources have long been misappropriated to grow and empower the  Corporate Deep State, and the 1% it represents, into the behemoth and murderous monster that it is.

It has devoured the American Middle Class, diminished America's infrastructure and our public education system, while destroying our national prosperity in favor of Wall Street's prosperity, which has become a separate economy from the American Majority's economy.
Every tax dollar spent on education cycles back to business, directly through those providing resources to education or through those working in education.

But, the 1% is too self-consumed and short-sighted to recognize that the American Majority sends all of its money back to the 1% through cost of living spending or disposable income purchases, and, that an educated America produces more income for business and the 1%.

Meanwhile, other countries, like China, are rapidly educating their citizens into prosperity now and into a prosperous future.

China is building state of the art research centers in numerous countries that its new and advanced rail system is connecting to, while the U.S. is picking fights and destroying our traditional partnerships with other countries.

Knowing that an educated citizenry is fundamental to democracy and national prosperity, your forefathers established our national education system.

Now, your public education system is being dismantled, one attack on national education standards and one newly closed school at a time by the Corporate Right, all to dumb you down and financially enslave you.

If YOU don't demand that some of your own money be spent to educate you, your children, and their children, to catch up to those countries far ahead of us in public education now, and who are exporting their educated citizens to take the few high skilled jobs remaining in America, this country, and you, will be devoured by those other countries that are already more educated than we are.

THE  ENVIRONMENT

It's Do Or Die !

THE ENVIRONMENT IS ONE HOUSE WHERE WE ALL LIVE

There Is No Drain To Flush The Toxic Pollution That Surrounds Us Down.

We Can Only Push Its Lethal Poison From One Part Of The House Into Another.

Those who pollute the environment with deadly toxins for profit are indifferent to the massive and widespread scale of death they cause.

They are numbed to the consequences of their actions by self-consumed greed, or, they believe that with their money they can outrun death, and other people's death doesn't matter.

Therefore, We, who are aware of the threat of death posed by other's toxic pollution, only have the option to address and combat the murderous polluters, and the poison they spew into our lives, ourselves.

We can not afford the luxury of assuming that human decency or a sense of social responsibility will miraculously kick in and the polluters will suddenly 'clean up their act.'

Instead, We must assume that if left unchecked by us, they will murder us along with themselves with their relentless toxic polluting.

We also can not afford the luxury of thinking that we still have time to deal with this problem, because most of the interdependent environmental sub-systems are on the verge of collapse and death, or have already died.

Most of these sub-systems are like domino chains. When one collapses it causes the next one to collapse, and that one causes the next one to collapse until their entire ecosystem dies.

Human beings are as interdependent upon our ecosystem to survive as any other organism. When enough of our ecosystem dies, we will die also.

Individuals, corporations, municipalities, and even states complain that environmental regulation is costly.

None of them have evidenced enough wisdom to acknowledge that death is much more expensive than environmental regulation and clean up, however.

PURE WATER IS WHAT MAKES EARTH A LIFE SUSTAINING PLANET.

ALL  LIFE  ON EARTH DEPENDS  UPON  NON-TOXIC  WATER TO EXIST.

Our Entire Food System Depends On Non-Toxic Water

It is a basic human right, and a U.S. constitutional right, that no one person should be able to poison the water that another person is dependent upon for life.

The citizens of this nation should prepare to directly confront and combat those who are poisoning or stealing the water that we all require to survive for their personal profit. Because, if there's a dollar of profit in murdering us by doing so, there will always be some who won't hesitate to murder us for their profit.

We need to collectively sue individual, corporate, or government criminals for attempted manslaughter or murder when they poison, or jeopardize our access to, water.

Our air is continuously poisoned

with

carcinogenic petrochemicals and neurotoxins.

Every breath we take is a poisoned breath,

FAKE NEWS OR FACTS ?

GREAT POLITICAL LIES
WHICH UNDERMINE DEMOCRACY

Given that the American Government has been taken prisoner

by Big Money and Special Interests,

collectively known as the

Corporate Deep State

with its political action arms, the

the Corporate Republican Establishment

and Congressional Right;

(the real parasites, predators, and ‘takers’ within society),

who have long been redistributing the People's wealth upwards

into the hands of a select few,

and, to abolish our most fundamental constitutional rights,

WE, the PEOPLE,

the violated and aggrieved American Majority,

acknowledge that we are being attacked by, and at war with,

these militant and murderous big corporate and moneyed forces.

To effectively combat these

‘Enemies of the People,' the Constitution, and Democracy,

we acknowledge and confront the weapons they routinely employ against us,

including their disinformation, misinformation, fake news,

and these,

GREAT POLITICAL LIES:

1.

Government Is Too Big.
Reality:

The Government is YOU!

When Government functions only as it's mandated to by the U.S. Constitution,

it is the collective face, voice, and hands of the People.

Government is the workforce of the People of the United States,

and its workers are merely the employees of the People.
‘Scare Phrases’ like, ‘Government is too big,’ ‘overreaching,’ or ‘out of control’ are code for

‘The People' are becoming too informed of how much it will disrupt their lives or harm them

while we steal more of their money.

If we allow the People to get organized and govern themselves,

they will impose laws and regulations impeding our fraud and theft of their money.

We can't let the government get big enough and organized enough to protect and work for the People,

we only want it big enough and organized enough to help us steal the People's money and to control their lives

while protecting us while we do it and from the consequences after we do it.

The Corporate Deep State wants Government in people’s lives just enough to help it steal People's money

and then stand in the way of the People getting that money back or getting something in return for that money

But, the Corporate Deep State doesn't want  Government in People's lives enough to protect People

or to help People prosper and retain as much of their money as possible.

The Corporate Deep State and Big Money have long bribed our employees in Government

to assist their relentless 'grab and run' theft of our health, wealth, and prosperity.

The number of employees in our government is not the problem.

Whom our employees are taking orders from,

and for whose benefit our employees are working are the big problems in our government.

It's a question of whether our government exists to protect one individual's right

to do anything they want in order to make money,

causing as much harm and death to others as necessary to do so,

without The American Majority having the right to defend ourselves from those harms and death

by enacting protective laws and hiring government employees to enforce those laws.

In other words, is business profit more valuable than human life?

Conservatively speaking, which is more important, human health and life or business profit?

The Corporate Deep State and the Political Right Elites have chosen business profit at the cost of human life.

2.

Government Stands In The Way Of Progress.
Reality:

The People's employees, their Government, created this nation of fifty states,

caused the 'West' to be developed from the wilderness, built a national road system, a national mail system,

saved us from multiple depressions caused by unregulated Wall Street,

developed the atom bomb, won WWII, put men in space and people on the moon, initiated the internet,

kept foreign powers from invading us (all except for predatory Big Business), wiped out polio, and endlessly more.

If it wasn’t for The People’s Government creating and maintaining our national infrastructure,

or, subsidizing our national infrastructure, or, facilitating its creation with legislation and protections,

there would be no national infrastructure and without infrastructure,

there would have been no strong United States, no strong military, no strong economy, and no strong progress.
The Corporate Deep State and the Political Right Elites, at war with The People and democracy,

define progress as the sacrificing of People's health, welfare, and lives for the business profits of a few.

Without The People controlling the playing field and implementing rules for the Progress game,

nothing but chaos, disorder, and constant conflict would exist.

Individuals would be continuously warring with each other and stealing from each other with impunity.

The welfare of The People, the American Majority, is the true measure of progress in the United States.

It's not The People standing in the way of progress,

it's the Corporate Deep State and the Political Right Elites

perverting the purpose of government for the benefit of a few that impedes progress.

The People's employees, our government, needs to be as big as necessary to advance and protect

the welfare and prosperity of the American Majority.

3.

Government Regulation Is Harmful And Too Costly.
Reality:

Government regulation is all that stands in the way of the few

harming, injuring, or killing the many in the few’s efforts to make more money.
However, Big Money bribes the Congressional Right Elite to enact laws and regulations

that help them make profits while insulating them from liability for the harms they do while seeking those profits.

Big Money only opposes regulation against itself that protects The People in ways that slow or reduce

the amount of money it can take from The People, regardless of the harm it does to people or society in the process.
On the other hand, Big Money advocates and pays for restrictions and limitations on The People's ability

to hold Big Business accountable for the harms and deaths it causes by its business practices.

Buzzwords like heavy-handed regulation, excessive regulation, and costly regulation are indicators of situations

where Big Business wants to harm, injure, murder, steal from, or scam The People to make maximum profit

regardless of the amount of harm and death it causes to others.

Conservatively speaking, which is more important, human life or business profit?

4.

The Free Market Cures All Economic Problems.
Reality:

Marco Polo engaged in 'free market' capitalism  when he traveled to China to trade a thousand years ago,

and capitalists traded from China to Africa a thousand years before that.

Yet, U.S. mega-corporations want you to believe that they are the beginning and the end of free-market enterprise,

However, there has never been a free market in the U.S.

Since Jefferson and Franklin went overseas to promote business for this new Nation

while taxes and tariffs were placed on targeted products,

and legislation enacted to support select industries while stifling others,

the U.S. market was being manipulated and managed for the benefit of select special interests.

Therefore, the U.S. did not originate with truly 'laissez-faire' and free-market capitalism,

and corporations were disposable tools to be used short term for very limited purposes

and dissolved when those terms expired and purposes accomplished.
Today, varying taxes on select products, tariffs, trade deals, trade restrictions, trade sanctions,

industry subsidies, corporate tax deductions, crop insurance, immortal corporatations, and much, much more

are all government controlling interventions into the market, making it everything, but, free.
Buzzwords and phrases like market self-equilibrium, the invisible hand, the free market, and self-regulation

are code for, ‘Never mind the negative effects and consequences of business practices or the harm it does to some, consumer sentiment will eventually sort the market out, without external control or interference.’

Translated, that means, ‘Just stay out of our way and let us make as much money as possible, and,

if we harm or kill some people in the process, that’s just the cost of doing business and of having a strong economy.

The market, like corporations, is a business tool with many sharp edges, that,

when used according to instructions, (regulations and controls), serve the People and this nation well.

But, when used haphazardly, with indifference, or for the benefit of only a few

it will injure and kill The American Majority which it's meant to benefit.

5.

Holding Big Business Accountable For Its Actions Is Anti-Business.
Reality:

There are many forms of capitalism, some socially beneficial, some socially neutral, and some socially destructive.
One may be opposed to a single business or business practice

which takes from society, or harms society without giving anything of substance in return,

or, that destroys that which should not be destroyed as a part of its business model

without being 'anti (all) business.'
It as a great lie that regulation stifles business.
The truth is, merely, that a business might have to work a little harder or smarter

to be profitiable without harming or murdering people.
For every potential business that doesn't open, or, every business that closes

because operating in a socially responsible manner doesn’t seem profitable enough for some people,

there are many other people who would gladly pursue and operate that business in a socially responsible manner because some profit to them is far more valuable than no profit at all.

People have successfully engaged in business for thousands of years without modern legislation

that has insulated Big Business from the harms it does to individuals and society.

Business without regulation and accountability for harming others is a wild, man-eating beast

that will kill, and kill, and kill, because its appetite for profit is insatiable

and it doesn't care who it kills to satisfy that appetite.

6.

Unfettered And Unrestrained Capitalism Will Cure Everything.
Reality:

Greed is one of the Bible's Seven Deadly Sins.

It's characteristic of the self-centered primitive brain and is inherently anti-social.

Because greed is an appetite that grows stronger the more that it is fed, it is an addiction.

Anti-social greed and self-interest are characteristic of most modern forms of capitalism.

Yet, advocates of Corporate Deep State government declare that greed Is good.

When addictive greed is not regulated it destroys anything around it in pursuit of power and money,

including the very systems and infrastructure that supports its own existence.

Capitalistic greed is like the monkey caught in the monkey jar trap.

When it puts its relaxed hand into the small mouth of the jar to grab whatever bait is in the jar,

it can’t pull its fist, clenched and expanded around the bait, out of the jar without letting loose of the bait inside.

Because its greed and lack of reason won’t permit it to let go of the bait inside,

it can't get its full hand out of the heavy jar and it gets caught by the trapper or a predator.

Corporate addiction to greed without regulation indiscriminately kills anyone,

destroying the economy and ultimately the very system that gave rise to and supported it, the United States.
This nation’s largest business institutions have evidenced that they will grab and hang onto

whatever power and money they can, regardless of the potential consequences,

because they are blinded and brain numbed by the thought of ever more power and profit.

They will drag everything around them down as they fall from the heavy weight of their own monkey jar trap.

This was exemplified by the Enron fiasco, the housing bubble and home mortgage catastrophe,

and, even now, by the fossil fuel industry's long term War On Climate

which is destroying the entire world because it is addicted to blood money profits,

and is incapable of contemplating the murderous and suicidal effects of its own actions.

Capitalism can only survive long term with careful regulation, monitoring, and accountability,

or it will destroy the society that supports it.

The Private Sector Always Does It Better Than The People’s Employees, Government.
Reality check:

The People never caused stock market crashes so deep that they resulted in the worse depressions in U.S. history,

as Wall Street has.

The People never manipulated energy prices and availability resulting in massive power outages

in large sections of the country,

while ultimately imploding and defrauding thousands of people out of their investments,

as Enron did.

The People never negligently managed safety operations resulting in tremendous oil well explosions

which polluted the entire Gulf of Mexico,

as British Petroleum did.

The People never ran a banking and finance fraud scheme involving home mortgages and loans

resulting in a burst finance bubble so large it shook the entire global economy to the ground

and threatened a global economic meltdown,

requiring U.S. taxpayers to provide hundreds of billions of dollars in bailouts,

the way the Banking and Finance industries did.

The People never mismanaged insurance risks so badly that its malfeasance

threatened the entire U.S. banking sector with collapse until the U.S. taxpayer loaned $150 Billion to it,

like insurance giant AIG did.

The U.S. Government never produced a public service or product so overpriced

that it caused the deaths of thousands of people per year due to their inability to afford those life-saving products

as the Pharmaceutical Industry routinely does.

The People never caused meltdowns of nuclear reactors at Three Mile Island,

or ran an Exxon oil tanker aground polluting an entire Alaska bay,

or marketed asbestos nationwide which continues to kill,

or produced autos which spontaneously explode,

or made planes that fall from the sky,

and on, and on, and on...,

as unregulated U.S. Corporations routinely do!

So far, The People's record is far better than the private sector's record on doing it better.

When People Take Care Of Themselves, It's Socialism.
Reality:

The Corporate Deep State and it's Republican 'Elite Establishment,'

along with its army of mercenary legislators in state legislatures and the U.S. Congress,

want you to believe that everything your employees do for you

with your own tax money

is a boogeyman named socialism.

According to Corporate Republican propaganda

your military, local law enforcement, municipal fire departments, the Center for Disease Control, Social Security, Medicare, Homeland Security, public education, local health departments, and a National Basic Health Care program

are all socialism

because they're all examples of the American People spending our own money

to pay our employees to work for us

without making a few corporations richer while doing so.

Yes, the Corporate Right wants us to believe that unless we make them rich

by paying them to take care of all our needs, we're evil socialists.

The Corporate Right wants you to believe that

the fundamental functions and purposes of every democratic society are evil

unless all of those functions and purposes,

and the government itself,

are under the total control of large corporations, and,

unless 99% of the benefits and prosperity of society goes only to those corporations.

They want us to accept that we exist as mere beasts of burden, or tools,

to satisfy all of their desires and to make their lives fabulous,

While falsely preaching individualism, freedom, self-reliance, and patriotism,

they legislate us into cages of ignorance and compliance

like chickens in row after row of identical cages to lay eggs just for them.

Every government created by every group of people

is for the specific purpose of providing for themselves,

with the best possible services or products that their collective dollar can purchase.

The collective purchase of the U.S. postal service and public education

is no more socialistic  than the collective purchase of national defense, national law enforcement,

the national court system, national banking deposit insurance, the national weather service, the Dept. of Agriculture,

or the national corporate chamber of commerce operating as the State Department.

The Corporate Right's repetitive spin

that when the American People demand that our government employees

provide us with the best possible services to meet our essential needs,

with our own tax dollars,

that it is socialism

is merely self-serving, parasitic and predatory propaganda and scare language.

That propaganda is used to gain the exclusive right

to take much more money than necessary

from Americans

for providing necessary services,

at lower qualities and higher prices

than WE can provide them for ourselves.

However, no Biblical scripture or Constitutional provision

states that Americans must make a few others very rich,

merely to remain alive.

9.

There's A War Against Religious Freedom.
Reality check.

Americans' Government, its constitutional separation of church and state, and its guarantee of religious freedom

are all that protect religious freedom

which has always been under attack by religious extremists,

even in the United States.

Today, Big Money and Special Interests

-The Corporate Deep State-

are employing fake Christian televangelists

and other false prophets

to brainwash followers into thinking that the American Majority’s efforts

to protect and preserve all individual rights,

including religious freedom,

is an attack upon their religious freedom.

The American Majority believes that the Corporate Deep State

is paying fake Christians to preach Evil that divides Americans

so it can more easily manipulate their victim groups

into voting in ways that empower them

to further financially exploit and prey upon all Americans.

It employs false prophets to radicalize the vulnerable and most impressionable

with extremist ideologies and desires to force their indoctrinated views and lifestyles upon everyone else

and to incorporate their ideology into a U.S. version of Sharia law.

A secular nation with guarantees of religious freedom, such as the U.S.,

protects self-expression in the religious context.

When one voluntarily enters a secular institution for a secular purpose, however,

that individual's right to religious expression is limited by others' fundamental constitutional rights,

and by the social contract that the secular institution's function implies.

This fact is amplified when the situation is one created, funded, and sustained by the general public.

The fundamental constitutionalrights of the general public, in a secular context,

are not conditional upon the discretionary religious expression of one individual outside of a religious context.

Government agency and business agency are both subsidized by the general public and it's taxes.

Therefore, one individual should not voluntarily enter government or business agency

and expect to, or  be permitted to,

violate the fundamental constitutional rights of another with discretionary religious expression.

Further, one person's discretionary religious expression and belief

should not be permitted to violate another person's religious expression or belief.

However, there is a war on religious freedom in the United States.

It's a war led by Corporate Right sponsored politicians and false prophets

to impose the extremist religious views of a radicalized minority, onto the American Majority.

People Want Free Stuff.
Reality:

Every service, product, and dollar produced in the United States

is produced by The People of the United States.

Every service or product delivered by our Government Employees to Us, the public

has been prepaid for by

We, The People.

Nothing comes from nothing, and everything comes from something else.

‘Free Stuff’ only exists in the propaganda vocabulary of the Corporate Deep State parasites and predators,

spinning reality.

Because, the Corporate Deep State doesn't call the corporate welfare that We, the People,

have been 'free'ly giving large corporations for decades 'free stuff.'

When We, The People, direct our employees in Government to provide Us with a service or product

and we receive it, it has been preordered and prepaid for;

even if our budget reflects a deficit because most of our money has been redistributed upwards

in the form of welfare for large corporations and the very rich.

‘Free stuff’ and 'takers' is code for, ‘I object to the American People taking care of themselves

because I can make big money if I provide those services or products to those People instead.’

There are some who expect 'free stuff.'

It's the same 1% that has been freely taking the public's money

while giving nothing but empty promises and rhetorical propaganda in return for decades.

The U.S. taxpayer has been subsidizing corporations

even before we began paying the State Department to be the Corporate Chamber of Commerce,

and, paying our Military to operate as the corporate 'enforcer' of others

to do business the way the U.S. corporations wanted it done,

and, paying for their endless self-enriching 'research and development,'

all while they increasingly offshored our industries, jobs, prosperity, and their profits.

By modest estimations, the corporations and the 1% are trillions of dollars in debt

to the American Majority for our investment in their business activities.

The Deep State Is Against Donald Trump.
Reality:

There is a Deep State, and it consists of Big Money and Special Interests, (the 1%), represented by Big Corporations which feed them.

With their hired army of mercenary soldiers in all branches and agencies our Government, they all work 24/7 to increase their stranglehold and death grip over this entire nation, to continuously erode the constitutional protections of the individual, and to scam every penny from the People of the United States that they can, every second of every day, with no exaggeration.

The Corporate Deep State has been leading the war against our Constitution, democracy, the American Majority, and majority rule since the ink was still wet on our Constitution.

As Donald Trump is an aspiring bit player in the Big Money game, he is part of the Deep State which he decries, in part as a feint to distract from his involvement in it, and in part because he is a pathological 'whiner.'

Probably whining to get his way from childhood, whining and complaining that the rest of the world doesn't have the same admiration and respect for him that he has for himself has become his principal character trait.

Of course, no one could admire Trump as much as he appears to admire himself. His hyper egomaniacal self-expression and an exaggerated sense of entitlement is the cause for that, however, and not the public's misperceptions.

There are multiple economic forces competing with one another for dominance within the Deep State, just as there are multiple interest groups competing for dominance within one political party.

Some of those forces have grown accustomed to profit more than others from their collective domination of us and our Government.

Trump, however, has rearranged the order of those who profit the most in the Deep State to favor those who he profits from the most, and will profit most from in the future, with changes in agency policies, trade policies, selective tariffs, and the like.

Trump campaigned on curbing the abuses and excesses of predatory corporations. For a while, the leading corporations felt threatened by Trump and did secretly oppose him.

However, he has since made 'a deal' with the Corporate Deep State and turned the control of our government and nation over to the largest corporate predators. In return, the Corporate Deep State's Republican mercenary legislators have sworn to shield Trump from accountability and prosecution for his crimes against the United States and the American People, while legitimizing Trump's selling official U.S. policy to foreigners for personal financial gain.

Meanwhile, the Deep State's political soldiers in Trump's administration are working fast and furiously to dismantle all protections of the American People and to remove all barriers to corporate theft and death causing actions.

Yet, while Trump believes that the actual Corporate Deep State is still a secret, he finds it irresistibly convenient to continuously whine about an unidentified Deep State out to get him, in attempt to discredit legitimate accusations and complaints about his abuses of the presidential office and treason.

Man-Made Climate Change And Global Warming Is A Hoax.
Reality:

Only those who financially profit from protecting and perpetuating the causes of climate change and global warming, and a few of their dupes, deny what they know to be scientific fact, which is that burning fossil fuel has caused rapid and dramatic increases in immense climate event disasters killing thousands of people and costing trillions of dollars.
The fossil fuel industry pays millions of dollars to those who purportedly have credentials in the subject to deny that burning fossil fuel causes the rapid and constantly accelerating climate change.
The fossil fuel industry has bribed Congress and other U.S. officials for nearly a century to suppress alternative energy to fossil fuel development and to foster and protect the fossil fuel industry.
If the fossil fuel industry had not acted to suppress alternative energy development and to force the U.S. into fossil fuel energy dependence, the U.S. would have already been energy independent with clean and sustainable energy, many decades ago.
The fossil fuel industry is responsible for more death and destruction than any other industry in the world. The effects of pollution and global warming have caused spontaneous abortions, birth defects, premature deaths and grave illnesses of hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
The unprecedented frequency and extremity of catastrophic weather-related events around the world during the past twenty years, particularly, is directly caused by the fossil fuel industry.
The fossil fuel industry has imperiled the safety and security of the United States and every American citizen, wherever we are around the world.

By making access to oil for fossil fuel industry profits the cornerstone of U.S. foreign and national security policy, past administrations are directly responsible for at least 90% of the foreign threat to U.S. national security, and thousands of deaths in defending our ill-defined 'strategic interests.'
The majority of the U.S. military budget over the past several decades has been to secure profits for Big Oil.
All of the deaths of U.S. soldiers in the Middle East has been to secure profits for Big Oil, the War Supplies Industry, and the banking and finance industries which are all co-dependent upon the fight for Big Oil profits. The collective profits equal BLOOD MONEY!

Drilling And Mining For Fossil Fuel In The U.S. Will Make The U.S. Energy Independent And More Secure.
Reality:

No matter how much drilling and mining for fossil fuels in the U.S. occurs, the supply remains limited.

When that limited supply is all extracted and burned, if the Earth has not yet burned up, the U.S. will be completely dependent upon foreign sources of energy and way behind the rest of the world in developing new energy sources.
The fossil fuel remaining underground in the U.S. is a national treasure, and, is only enough to serve as an energy emergency savings account which should be saved for extreme situations such as a sustained large-scale war in which the U.S. has greater than normal energy needs.

Without such an energy savings account, the U.S. could be left stranded without sufficient energy, making the U.S. vulnerable in wartime.
That energy still under public property, is public property. Such a scarce supply should not be exported to foreign countries for the profit of a few, when the declared purpose of extracting it now is for energy independence and the national security its meant to afford.

Exporting limited U.S. energy now is exporting U.S. national security.
As oil has been used for making numerous products ranging from plastics to solvents, the limited amount which remains underground in the U.S. should be preserved to use for such products which are needed now, and may be needed more during the future and in times of crisis.

There is nothing conservative about squandering our non-renewable energy savings account now, when alternative renewable energies are available now.

Doing so is hazardous, gluttonous, careless, and creates a national security threat.

14.

Republicans Are Conservative.
Reality check:

Only the uninformed and those who choose to deny reality dispute that the Corporate Deep State;

(the most powerful corporations for those who aren’t aware that their combined effect

and control of the U.S. and our government constitutes a corporate deep state),

has such complete control of the Republican Establishment that the Republican Party

has become a functional arm of the Corporate Deep State,

acting  exclusively on behalf of the largest U.S. corporations,

and against the general welfare of the American People.

The practical consequence of this reality is that the Republican Establishment

and the Republican Party have become the exact opposite of conservative.

The original and authentic, non-politicized, meaning of conservative connotes carefulness, caution, and prudence. Those practices are notably summed up in the quotes of Benjamin Franklin,

“A stitch in time saves nine,” “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,”

“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail,” and, “Lost Time is never found again.”
A key trait of the Republican party member is ‘opposition to change.’

For those possessing power, influence, or wealth, it's not unusual to expect their self-interest and greed

to oppose a change in conditions or circumstances which they individually profit from,

no matter how many lives are sacrificed for that profit.
Denying change in our world where conditions and circumstances evolve and change as rapidly as they now do,

while opposing action to adapt to and deal with those changes, is to deny reality and practicality,

and is an attempt to live in a past which no longer exists, and,

which causes many others to suffer the negative consequences and effects of the actions and decisions

of those who won’t recognize, or effectively deal with, the reality of change.
The Republican Establishment’s entrenched position is that anything which increases the profit

from its individual enterprise, regardless of the harm done to others from that enterprise, is conservative,

is delusional at best, but is actually a rationalization and justification for its predatory business practices.
Republican opposition to all environmental protection which protects human health and saves lives, but,

which reduces the profit they can derive from their individual enterprise resulting in harm or death to many others,

is reckless, careless, and imprudent, as well as self-centered.

Their position may be said to conserve the maximum profit from their individual enterprise, but,

it doesn’t conserve the health and welfare of the majority, nor of their own health and lives in many instances.

While the top tier of profit takers from our collective economy may be accustomed to insulating themselves

from the danger of the environmental pollution which they create, to the safety of distant gated communities,

or to tower penthouses, or even to private islands, they can not run away from poison air, toxic water,

poison gas producing ocean algae, or the catastrophic weather events rapidly increasing in severity and frequency which now destroy entire cities and regions of the world.

Thus, while their actions may conserve maximum profit from those actions, they do not conserve life and property.
Republican claims that their propagandizing of the abortion issue to secure votes by those intent on controlling other’s lives is conservative, is farcical. When considered in the context of how many spontaneous abortions, stillbirths, lethal birth defects, brain damage, lethal illnesses, and chronic diseases are caused by the toxic pollutants emitted in their individual industrial activities, they are not concerned about conserving life. They are, instead, reckless, careless, indifferent, abusive, and very liberal with the welfare and life of others.
When considered in the context of the right to individual privacy, the Republican effort to gain votes by granting control of women’s reproduction to religious Sharia style radicals and extremists is very indifferent to, disrespectful of, and corrosive to the individual right to privacy. Doing so does not conserve the constitutional right to privacy, and, it is a very liberal attack upon the very core of individual privacy, as the right to control one’s own body is the essence of self-determination.
The fact that the Republican Establishment is wholly opposed to the People collectively assuming any responsibility for the welfare of children, legislatively mandated into birth against the mother’s will, is further evidence of their disingenuousness regarding the life of the child. Their use of this issue to garner votes from those who aspire to control the lives of others, and to force their personal values upon everyone else, is classic militant and radicalized religious fundamentalism, but it is not conservative about individual liberty.

While some Republican voters may truly be conservative, the Corporate Republican Establishment's policies are the opposite of conservative.

The Supreme Court Will Uphold The Constitutional Guarantees Of Individual Rights Without Fail.
Reality check:

The Supreme Court has been stacked with judges believing in the philosophy of aristocracy and the superiority of money, and that some People are inherently better and more deserving than others based on their wealth, alone, and that these People are the Elite who should be governing the lesser and less deserving, ever since some attempted to convince George Washington to declare himself King of the United States.

The Supreme Court majority has traditionally, and consistently, favored Big Business and Big Money over others in its rulings, and has continually skewed its interpretation of the law in their favor. These have been, and remain, acts of aggression against the American Majority and constitute a War Against the People of the United States, our Constitution, and the individual rights it enshrines.

This has resulted in the American Majority no longer believing in the impartiality, objectivity, and integrity of the overall Supreme Court, and, according to classic political science thought, has delegitimized the authority of that Court.

#TheSupremeCourtUnderminedItsOwnCredbility

16.

Corporations Are People.
Reality check:
The Preamble; the paragraph granting and defining original authority to the Constitution, declares that “We, the People,”..., create and authorize the Constitution, without the contemplation of, the inclusion of, or a single reference to a corporation.

The founding fathers and the independent state authorities, thereafter, considered corporations to be potentially dangerous business tools requiring rigorous control and supervision and only granted any corporation a short-term charter for very limited purposes.
The Supreme Court showed its activist and revolutionary hand when it declared that the Preamble was not a governing, instructive, or enforceable part of the Constitution, to effectively neuter the underlying power of, “We, the People.”

Distancing the authority and power of the "People" from the Constitution aided their perverse maneuver to elevate corporations to Demi-God citizens, with immortality and relative sovereign immunity.

Sovereign immunity, however, refers back to the 'divine' right to rule because of the rulers' association with God, and their divine infallibility, but most of all, has effectively resulted in corporate immortality, irrespective of the crimes corporations commit.

By granting corporations divine status citizenship, and, since "People" are not automatically granted the status of corporations, the Supreme Court has transferred ultimate authority and power of the People to corporations, and elevated them to rule over us.
The Supreme Court also acted to neuter the power of the phrase, “promote the general welfare,” out of the Constitution in order to minimize the authority of the People to act collectively through their Government to serve their own needs, to aid Big Business which wanted exclusive control over providing all of the People’s needs with the high taxation of their business profits.
Without the Preamble as the original directive and empowering section of the Constitution, identifying the source authorizing the Constitution, where the Constitution was created and where it is to function, the purpose of the Constitution and for whose benefit the Constitution was “ordain(ed) and establish(ed),” the rest of the Constitution is meaningless because it would apply to no one in particular, to nowhere in particular, and identify no legitimate authority to establish or enforce the Constitution.

Thus, Citizens United is an open act of aggression against, We, the People, that perpetuates a fraud against us, the Constitution, and democracy started in 1819 and continued through Santa Clara v. Southern Pacific in 1886.

Corporate activist Supreme Court majorities have been layering one fraud upon another since then, culminating in the most egregious assault upon, and an insidious coup against, We, the People, and human beings in general in the history of the world.

The Constitution, however, still mandates that ultimate authority and power still comes from, and resides with, We, the People.

Even if it didn't, We have the natural right to assert our God-given power, will, and self-determination.

17.

Money equals speech.
Reality check:

Money equals speech is another attack upon the American People, our constitutional protections, and the power of our vote by the Supreme Court, to aid Big Business and Big Money in subduing the American Majority into a class of tightly controlled and powerless workers, the equivalent of chained slave labor.
The Supreme Court granted monopoly power over speech to Big Business and Big Money when it equated money with speech, because millions and billions of dollars worth of speech necessarily drown out speakers with little or no money to spend.
In doing so, the Supreme Court continued its tradition of perverting the interpretation and application of constitutional law in order to create wide divides between the People of the United States and the would-be aristocrats who aspire to financially enslave us, this time creating a vast chasm between those with multi-million or billion dollar voices and those with no voice at all.

Yet, our Constitution’s focus on equality and equal rights is inextricably involved with one voice and one vote per person. If money equals speech, and money in politics equals votes, then a few inherently have billions of votes while others have no votes at all, and campaigns and elections serve no legitimate purpose. To avoid dishonesty, fraud, and needless action, the election boards, or electors, merely need to evidence who has the most money and grant the office to that person. To do otherwise is an elaborate fraud and rouse designed to deceive the public into believing we have a say in who’s running, what is supposed to be, OUR COUNTRY.

18.

The 'Wealthy' Pay A Fair Share Of Taxes.

Reality check:

O

The functional premise of a capitalist economy is that each pays for what it receives in a financial exchange.

The underlying premise of a broader social contract, upon which every capitalist economy resides,

is that each pays in proportion to what they take, or benefit, from that social contract.

This, in turn, is the justifiable rationale for the current U.S. progressive tax system.

The historical bulk of U.S. human capital and national wealth has been spent to grow the wealth of the super wealthy, and, to protect their wealth once they've acquired it,

all at the progressive loss of life and income of the American Majority.

The lives and the blood of the American Majority sacrificed on foreign soil,

to impose financial exploitation upon foreign peoples

required to increase the wealth of investors in the corporations employing a blood money business model,

is possibly the most onerous, and insidious, but, not the only example of how the American Majority

is being taxed to subsidize further wealth accumulation of the most wealthy.

The bulk of the benefit of all business law and protective financial regulation,

paid for by all citizens, is for the benefit of the wealthiest.

From the simplest examples of how the FDIC uses taxpayer money to insure banking deposits,

and municipal law enforcement's efforts to prevent or investigate property theft,

to federal enforcement of law protecting international business activities,

the more money and property one has

the more of everyone's resources are devoted to protecting that money and property.

While everyone's tax dollars are spent to create and maintain America's infrastructure,

which all business activity and the entire economy utilize and depend upon,

including intellectual infrastructures such as the government and the economy,

the wealthiest continue to use that infrastructure the most,

and to pull the most out of the economy in the form of income.

Yet, despite this fact, the wealthiest continue to complain that they pay too much tax,

and assert that a flat tax would be fairer.

Translated, that means that even though the 1% may use 70% of the nation's resources,

and, place 70% of the demands upon the nation's infrastructure,

and, take 70% of the nation's income,

they should only pay the same 25% tax as the person earning less than enough to live on;

as the person earning $10,000.00 per year,

all as an example, as the actual figures, vary with the biases of those publishing them.

What corporations take from society must be viewed as the double dipping into national resources,

by those wealthy enough to invest disposable income or assets in those corporations.

When considered from the perspective of these financial facts,

and the fact that the children of the American Majority are routinely sacrifecd in combat for corporate profit,

while the children of the wealthy routinely get military deferments for bone spurs and religious diversions,

and the countless tax loopholes, shelters, and escape hatches that Congress has legislated for the wealthy,

to effectively exempt them from paying their fair share of tax,

the American Majority indeed has and does, pay proportionately far more in income tax

then all of those with greater incomes and wealth than the American Majority.

These parasitic strategies for living off of the efforts of others without just compensation,

gave rise to the revenue generation scheme of consumption tax.

Consumption tax is essentially a scheme for the wealthy to avoid paying its fair share of taxes,

by shifting a disproportionate share of the overall tax burden to those having the least.

It's given that those earning the least spend most, or all, of their income on the taxable necessities of life,

while the wealthiest spend only a fraction of their income on the taxable necessities of life,

and, therefore, do not pay consumption tax in equal proportion to their income.

Conclusively, the wealthiest are proportionally the greatest takers in the U.S.,

and, if there are any freeloaders in our society, it is the tax avoiding parasite and predator class.

         LEE HAVENS

Brought up in Columbus, Ohio's middle-class neighborhood of Clintonville, while often spending summers working on family member's farms, I segued from Ohio State University and relocated to Palm Beach, Florida.

With $10,000.00 in saved wages, I eventually started what became a multimillion-dollar business designing and providing precious jewels to the rich and famous on Palm Beach's Worth Avenue, just down the road from Mar-a-Lago; the former Post Foundation's gift to the People of the United States, but is Trump's 'Winter White House' now.

After decades as one of Palm Beach's premier jewelers, working with numerous charities, helping launch and writing for a local magazine, I incurred a multimillion-dollar robbery of my business.

Compelled to sue a Lloyd's of London insurance syndicate for nonpayment of my insurance claim, while inadvertently becoming someone 'who knew too much' about the Palm Beach Detective Bureau's, alleged, paid for suppression of a child abuse investigation, I became the victim of law enforcement corruption when multiple involved parties conspired to silence me by paying someone $500,000.00 to accuse me of conspiring to rob myself.

The hired, supposed, conspiring robber was a foreign national who in no way resembled multiple descriptions of the actual robber and who spoke with a heavy foreign accent, while the actual robber was reported by staff to have no detectable accent at all, according to original police and court records.

Yet, even with that information on record, the Captian of the detective bureau; whom I had reported to the Chief of Police a couple of years earlier for conduct unbecoming a police officer, had the hired alleged conspirator flown in from Israel, picked him up at Miami International Airport, and subsequently, without any physical proof or showing of the jewels he purportedly robbed, and only on the word of someone who did not conform to third-party descriptions of the actual robber, charged me with robbing myself and jailed me.

That began a three-year legal defense which revealed that the corruption extended all the way into the Prosecuting Attorney's Office, which was ultimately forced to drop the false charges when that corruption was evidenced, but, not before devastating my business.

While litigation ensued, I could not yet clear my name, I could not collect on my insurance claim or sue for it, nor be bonded for other insurance purposes, and, therefore, the business itself could not be insured, all effectively preventing me from continuing in the business of high-value jewels as usual.

After those charges against me were dropped and while waiting for attorneys to litigate for damages caused by the false charges, I spent time with family in Ohio and endeavored to preserve endangered livestock while working to organize a Great Lakes area endangered livestock preservation society.

During the same time, I published 'episode one' of an autobiographically inspired novel series titled, 'Held Accountable;' on Amazon and elsewhere. Meanwhile, I was once again exposed to, and became the victim of, official corruption.

What initially appeared to be a simple case of selective and self-serving non-enforcement of zoning regulation governing towing businesses, and, where and how junkyards could be established with respect to residential zoning; which resulted in substantial damage to family property, soon revealed itself to be a multi-agency civil conspiracy to unlawfully license a junkyard disguising an unregistered towing business for no official public purpose.

Ultimately, it became an inverse condemnation suit involving those civil conspiracies, perjury, suborning of perjury by public officials and officers of the court, harassment by public officials, malicious prosecution, judicial impropriety, appeals judges misstating case facts to, seemingly, protect the impropriety of lower court judges, and, the Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice contravening that Court's own case law and precedence to shelter the conspiracy, and a lower court judge from being forcibly recused for knowingly accepting and ruling on perjured testimony in a prior related case.

Even now, these cases continue and are combined under an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court; 'Vernon Havens, II v. Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor, et al', Case No. 19-3475 from the U.S. Sixth Circuit, with me representing myself in each phase and court along the way.

Far worse than the damage to family property, the conspiracy which caused it, the conspiracy which now protects it, and the higher court's violating law to shelter lower court's improprieties, is the combined effect, intentional or not, of the U.S. Congress's and the U.S. Supreme Court's actions which effectively violate the U.S. Constitution and void U.S. constitutionally guaranteed individual rights. It is the threat to these fundamental rights, along with lower court interpretation of law which challenges the authority and primacy of the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court, that this petition to the U.S. Supreme Court for review of this case is based upon.

However, since the U.S. Supreme Court is only required to review the cases that it wants to review; and that averages only .001% of all cases submitted to it for review, 99.99% of all petitions to the U.S. Supreme Court for review of state induced constitutional violations don't ever get heard. This, I insist, violates the constitutional right to 'petition one's government for a redress of grievances' and the right to 'be meaningfully heard' by 'an impartial trier of fact.'

Unless the U.S. Supreme Court recognizes these violations and deprivations of U.S. constitutional rights and commits to eliminating them, that Court and the U.S. Congress is effectively at war with the U.S. Constitution and the American People to deprive us of our constitutionally guaranteed rights.

This situation bears close scrutiny by all. Because, if we accept that one of our most fundamental rights can be legislated away by Congress, or, adjudicated away by the Supreme Court, then Congress and the Supreme Court can only be encouraged to void any of our other rights when they desire or find it convenient to do so, making the U.S. Constitution meaningless.

These experiences have forced me to consider the law, equal treatment under the law, and court procedure; where great reform and greater outside oversight for the benefit of the individual citizen appears to be grievously needed, as I would never have otherwise done. It's been a long and expensive education, but an invaluable education at any price.

Before being forced to recognize and confront rampant official corruption and the casual ease at which it is routinely engaged in, like most patriotic and trusting Americans, I believed that official corruption had to be a rare occurrence because public office sufficiently safeguarded against it.

I presumed that there were always many others around in most situations who would not permit such corruption among their own associates, in their own or affiliated professions, who would prevent most corruption from occurring.

But, while forced into professional 'pause' as a victim combatting official corruption and systemic injustice afterward, I became acquainted with how pervasive and extensive official corruption is, from local municipalities right up to the White House.

While local officials break the law to trade favors and engage in petty larceny, our own legislators pay off the victims of other legislators' sexual harassment claims with our tax dollars, and our presidents sell official U.S policy, favor, and information to foreign leaders for their own self-enrichment.

Yet, all of this is merely a speck on the tip of an iceberg of official corruption which has undermined the welfare and prosperity of America's 100%.

Since before the end of the American Revolution and the drafting of the U.S. Constitution, there have been those with the primitive and antisocial urge to dominate, exploit, and take from others without compensation for their own singular gain.

There were, and are, would-be aristocrats who believe they are superior to others, and, therefore, deserve and are entitled to all that they can take and keep by force or fraud from others.

This primitive and animalistic, self-consumed impulse is at the root of what we call barbarism and 'original sin,' and is the opposite of that necessary for a peaceful and prosperous society.

This same 'unregulated' primitive urge of socially destructive self-interest and greed now characterizes what we have allowed to become modern corporations. Their legion of bought and paid for warrior legislators have polluted our Congress with the explicit purpose of defrauding America's 100% of anything and everything possible while giving little more than pretense and false memes in return.

Before being personally confronted with official organized crime, I did not even think of being president, and I still don't want to be president just for the sake of being able to say that I am, or was president. It's not on my list of things I most want to accomplish.

The presidency is a job I consider to be a CEO/management position in a perpetual tug-of-war for control of society's wealth and resources, in the best of times, with about 50% of the population disagreeing with you at all times.

Most issues considered by a president relate to, or, are exploited to, gain control of society's wealth. Even national security is largely about control of a nation's wealth, or access to wealth.

However, America's Majority and Democracy are losing in a Corporate War against us for absolute control over our Government, which would give them absolute control of our private and public wealth, and our very lives if we lose.

A manager, president or otherwise, can't be an expert on every issue. A successful manager, however, must have a nature that is wanting and willing to gather and understand all relevant information on an issue, including the opinions and perspectives of those with different and opposing views, and of the experts on such issues.

An effective manager must have the ability to both, defer the whims of one's own ego to the facts and critical needs of a situation, and, to distill an appropriate response to the issue or situation from a multitude of choices. That is the exact opposite of how national policy is being determined in the Oval Office today.

My intention when initially assaulted by the corruption which interrupted my career and life was to move past it as fast as possible and resume my career dealing in high-value jewels, which I can still do.

The rampant official corruption which I've personally been forced to recognize and confront continues unabated at the highest level, with those responsible for stopping such corruption, embracing, protecting, and fostering it instead.

That same corruption continues to steal or destroy American Ideals, American Prosperity, and the American Dream, and will only grow and metastasize like a cancerous tumor, ultimately destroying what is left of the better part of the United States if we don't stop that cancer.

If America's Majority does not rise and take control of our lives and country back from the collective forces of nefarious corporations, a.k.a. the Corporate Deep State, and force the changes to occur that this country needs to survive, the self-consumed greedy will take, and take, and take from us until they take us all into total destruction.

Naturally, I would like to hold those who perpetrated the fraud which destroyed my prior business and life accountable, However, if it had not of occurred, I would not have been forced to recognize the extent and severity of the threat that official corruption poses to the U.S., the American People, and our common prosperity.

I have concluded, therefore, that confronting and combatting this threat must be a top priority for now.

So, I have organized this 'Platform for President 2020' outlining those actions, changes, and policies which those most well versed on the subject of restoring prosperity to America, and the American Majority, commonly agree are vital to achieving these objectives and to preserve the United States as our Constitution ordained it.

I am nominating and running this platform to restore prosperity to America's 100% and to free ourselves of the enslaving policies imposed upon us by legislators under the control of the Corporate Deep State, because it is the Platform and the Agenda that makes a meaningful difference in people's lives, and not the personality of the candidate.

There are many well-intentioned and talented candidates for President 2020.

We need to ask ourselves, regarding every candidate, 'Are they sufficiently committed to enough fundamental and structural change to stop and reverse the glacial slide of unregulated and out of control Big Business's and Big Money's long term destruction of America's 100%, of our Prosperity, of our Democracy, of our Environment, of our Education System, of our Healthcare System, of our National Infrastructure, and of the Working Class to make a noticeable difference?'

There are many people who are more informed on specific details of single issues than I am.

But, are they capable of sufficiently distancing themselves from those individual details in order to view the complete picture confronting us, and to see all the larger problems in that picture in order to address them?

If that ability was so common, and if the commitment to employ that ability was so common, would we be facing the crisis that we now are facing?

While I run as the proxy of this Platform for President in 2020, I run as a soldier who is enlisting in the military when we are attacked by a foreign enemy on our own soil.

Not because I was born wanting to create chaos and conflict wherever I turn, as the current occupant of our Oval Office does, but, as one who recognizes that the same evil nature which empowered Hitler's march on civilization and humanity in the 1940s, is the same evil empowering the Corporate Right's march on civilization, humanity, and America's 100% now.

I go into battle, not as one who thrills to do battle with anyone and anything possible, but, as one of the American Majority who has been rammed into a corner and battered to the floor by official corruption, with no direction left to go but outwards and into battle for self-preservation.

Official corruption and lack of accountability throughout our government has corrupted our entire nation and is at the heart of the most difficult problems now facing the United States.

This is why fighting official corruption and holding our government officials accountable are at the heart of this Platform for President 2020, and is key to any improvement in our common welfare.

One person cannot become President and make any difference alone, and sometimes it takes more than a 'village' to get an immense job done.

Sometimes it takes an overwhelming majority to get a job done, and that's why America needs your help.

It's a mighty war that the Corporate Deep State is waging against us, and it's been a long war resulting in many deaths.

We, the American Majority, working together, however, are even mightier. Even the U.S. Military cannot deny the will of the American Majority if we simultaneously assert our will.           But, those who have long profited greatly at great expense to the American Majority will not give up one inch of ground, one string of control, or one cent that they've stolen without a great struggle.

Now is not the time to accept an overdue facade of civility or gratuitous consolations, because the animal impulse of other's aggression and self-consumed greed do not recognize or respect civility or grant consolations that can't be circumvented.

Further, civility is the luxury of a well-regulated society respectful of social norms and the rule of law.

Democratic rule in the United States cannot be restored until the anti-social and self-consumed beast of the Corporate Deep State is forced back onto its leash of regulation and into its cage of respecting social norms and the rule of law.

Everyone has some little something, at least, to contribute to our effort, even if it's only sharing our story with a friend. A single post on social media may affect thousands of lives.           Those of us dedicated to advancing this Platform for American Freedom and Prosperity invite YOU to join us in this cause.

Because, if you're not contributing something to the solution, your inaction is contributing to the problem.

     All of America, NEEDS YOU!

VOTE FOR WHOM IN 2020 ?

The BIG QUESTION is, whom to vote for in 2020.

     Why YOU, why ME?

There are many respectable candidates running for president in 2020 who believe they understand that which compromises the well being of the American 100%, and, who believe they know what’s necessary to remedy that compromise, and how to improve the well being of America’s 100%.

     Let’s look at the options.

Bernie Sanders has as much street credibility for representing America’s 100% as any candidate. I believe he is sincere, has integrity, and I support much of what he stands for.

He apparently judged that it is easiest for most Americans to understand and embrace universal public healthcare by calling it ‘Medicare for All.’

Medicare is far from adequate universal public healthcare, however.

One has to be dependent upon social security and be faced with having to pay for Medicare supplemental insurance, and, have to pay the 20% of those costs that Medicare and Medicare supplement policies don’t pay for, and, have to pay for all that isn’t paid for in Medicare’s ‘donut hole,’ and, have to pay for all the ‘outrageously priced’ prescription medicines which most senior citizens, and many younger citizens, require a lot of, and are not paid for by Medicare or Medicare Supplemental insurance to know how little is left of a social security check for food and shelter after paying for healthcare.

That’s why an unacceptable number of people go without adequate food or medicine and end up in the hospital, costing Medicare more money than necessary in the end.

Universal Public Healthcare must cover 100% of medical expenses, including prescriptions and preventive healthcare.

The predatory class, on the Right, says that we, individual citizens, must have skin in the game to prevent individual abuses of the medical system.

I contend that since it’s our money paying for all healthcare, that all the skin in the game is ours.

I contend that a physician and clinic level review of individual repeated medical complaints is all that’s necessary to prevent a hypochondriacal abuse or overuse of our medical system.

I contend that those things required to sustain life should never be dependent upon whether adequately receiving them, or not, produces enough profit to satisfy third parties.

I contend that, as Americans, we have the right to demand that our government employees provide us with the best healthcare possible, at the lowest cost possible, and, doing so without paying the taxes of corporate profits.

So far, I haven’t heard Bernie, or other candidates, say that a new, improved ‘Medicare For All’ must pay for 100% of an individual’s medical care, especially preventive medical care which reduces the ultimate cost of caring for every citizen by treating small health problems before they become bigger and more expensive health problems.

I also haven’t heard them respond to challenges about healthcare being everyone’s human right by stating that, here in America, WE have the right to pay our government employees to organize the best and most cost-efficient healthcare possible, without being further taxed to make investors in healthcare corporations richer. Predicating the quality of our healthcare on how much profit it makes for a corporation is not a recipe for good health. When a patient has to wait in a doctor’s office for an hour after their scheduled appointment time, habitually, corporate-run healthcare is far from efficient. It may milk the Public of maximum profit, but it doesn’t best serve the Public. The Public’s time is just as important as a physician’s time.

Bernie, and some candidates, say that college education should be free.

I want to hear a candidate say that there is no such thing as “free stuff,” as Corporate Republicans phrase it, and that, WE, Americans have always paid dearly, way too dearly, for everything that our government employees do for us.

In fact, I want to hear a candidate say that WE, Americans, have been paying for much more service than we have been receiving from our employees for a very long time.

I want to hear a candidate say that an undereducated America is a national security threat that puts America at a great disadvantage to our greatest global competitors today, and is, therefore, a national emergency.

I want to hear a candidate say that every H-1B visa granted to a foreign worker is evidence of the war that corporate Republicans have been waging on public education.

I want to hear a candidate say that every H-1B visa granted to a foreign worker lessens the demand for Americans to perform that same work, and, thereby, undermines our education system American employment.

There is no reason why industry can’t convey their future employment needs to our government, and, why our government can’t issue a call to schools for more students trained in those needs, thus incentivizing specific training.

Not to do so undermines our education system and American employment.

I want to hear a candidate say that every cent we spend to educate America is an investment in U.S. national security and the future prosperity of all Americans.

I want to hear a candidate say that it is the right of, WE, Americans to pay our government employees to provide the best education possible for the least cost possible, to as many people as possible without being further taxed to make investors in education corporations richer.

Staking an adequately educated America to compete with those countries racing ahead of us in so many critical areas, on whether it produces enough profit to satisfy a few investors, does not ensure an adequately educated America or secure a prosperous future for all Americans.

Bernie, and others, speak to the global warming crisis and the emergency need to address it without a lot of specifics.

I want to hear a candidate say that they will declare clean, renewable energy as a national emergency and will establish a separate department to develop that energy supply in ways, and to an extent, that the private sector hasn’t done and isn’t doing.

I want to hear a candidate say that the health and lives of Americans are more important than stock dividends and profits for fossil fuel industry investors.

I want to hear a candidate say that all industries which continue to rely upon fossil fuel energy should pay a special polluter’s tax to help pay the cost to the public for the healthcare of all those adversely affected by fossil fuel burning, and, to help pay for the repairs of damage caused by global warming-induced natural disasters.

I want to hear a candidate say that they will initiate massive reforestation of the United States to recapture and sequester more atmospheric carbon underground than any other means can.

I want to hear a candidate say that U.S. foreign policies will favor those nations which not only respect human rights, but, are also taking comparable actions to the U.S. to reverse global warming and recapture atmospheric carbon.

Bernie, like some candidates, say they’ll pay for ‘Medicare For All’ and ‘Universal College Education’ by making the corporations and the wealthy pay their fair share of taxes, which they’ve been dodging for decades. That is a good beginning, but, is deceptively simple. Because, it requires a self-defeating slow process of trying to catch up while fossil fuel devoted Republicans sabotage our efforts as much as possible, even if it does kill them. An old ‘Lucky Strike‘ commercial used to state, “I’d rather fight than switch!” Fossil fuel devoted corporate Republicans have evidenced that they would rather die than switch, leaving it up to those who don’t want to kill ourselves, by negligence to fossil fuel induced death, to save us all.

As I’ve blogged at Havens2020.com, in ‘American’s Return On Investment Tax,’ I contend that the 99% has invested trillions of dollars in corporate subsidies, tax incentives, rebates, tax deductions for expansion, research, and development, along with thousands of human military lives sacrificed on foreign soil to secure corporate profits from corporate activities forced upon foreign countries, and the cost of military actions of that force.

I contend that the 99% has been creating, supporting, and protecting the super-rich for decades without receiving a proportionate share in the benefits of doing so.

I contend that the super-rich continues to tax the U.S. systems and infrastructure more than any single individual of the 99%, without paying a proportionate share to do so.

So, I contend, that in this moment of national crisis and emergencies, that WE levy an “Americans Return On Investment Tax” on the corporations and super-rich to compensate the 99% for our efforts and investments in creating and sustaining their prosperity.

Further, I contend to not do so will inevitably lead to social upheaval and bloody revolution resulting in such retaliation scenarios as I write about in my novel series, ‘Held Accountable,’ and, as we’ve already experienced the beginnings of repeatedly occurring in the U.S.

All of this is the minimum of what I must hear from a 2020 presidential candidate in order to support them.

It’s all supposed to be about YOU, and your well being. ME, is about what I think it requires to improve and secure your well being and prosperity.

I suggest voting for YOU, and that requires voting for ME, also, in 2020.
